Careers Consultancy @ Say It Works was founded by Loraine Bones after many years of experience as a Careers Adviser and HR professional in industry and education. Loraine has an honours degree in Social Sciences, a post graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance, CIPD training as a Careers Coach and BPS level A certification in Occupational Testing. She has extensive experience, working with adult clients ranging from those seeking career development and support with job change to students looking for their first career positions or a place at University.
Loraine is committed to her own continuous professional development. This contributes to her up to date labour 
market intelligence, knowledge of education & training developments and psychometric testing procedures. Loraine is a member of the Institute of Careers Guidance and professionally registered as an ‘Advanced Guidance Practitioner’.
Loraine’s professional skills, personable demeanour, and passion for the job enable her to work credibly and successfully with clients at all levels.
